All articles will be shipped promptly within 1 business day, if available ex store. Shipments are sent from Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on German statutory holidays. The articles will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the client on the order.

Delivery takes place in Germany, in countries of the EU as well as in international destinations.

The packaging costs are included in the delivery costs. We send all orders exclusively by means of a delivery mode that is traceable via a tracking number.

Customs or import duties for the delivery of goods outside the EU

All orders with Aurojuli, that are to be delivered outside the EU, may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional cost for customs clearance must be covered by the client. The import charges of the individual countries are not uniform. Therefore we cannot determine these in advance. Should you require more exact information regarding this, please refer to the customs authority in your area.
